Aoife Soden Glass is run by Aoife who designs, blows and finishes all of her glass products by hand here in Denmark.
Aoife Soden Glass Aoife designs and makes glassware in which the optical qualities of glass are accented by playful colours and carefully created design elements. Aoife aims to create glass pieces which encourage the viewer to touch and look closer. She experiments with a range of traditional glass blowing techniques and combines these with her bright colour palette. Influenced by her time in Scandinavia, and Scandinavian design she works with clean lines and simple forms. Her colour pallet draws from her time growing up in the tropical areas of Australia and Papua New Guniea as a contrast to the darker winters of Europe. Each piece is blown freehand and opend by hand, as such each piece is unique. Slight differences in size, colour and shape make each piece one of a kind.
Forsendelser
All products in stock will be sent within 5 days of receiving and payment of order. Shipping in Denmark is calculated by weight. Shipping is provided using DAO, GLS or Post Nord depending on location and avaliability. Delivery is avaliable to private home addresses or central points of delivery (pakke shop). If you have a preference for a specific company this must be stated when ordering. Customers must be aware that DAO delivers all products to the doorstep in early morning and therefore is only suitable if the customer is home please specify if this is not an option. Aoife Soden Glass can not take responsibility for delays in shipping, however will assist with any enquiries.
Delivery outside of Denmark is possible and is quoted for at the cash register.
Delivery outside of the EU is possible and will be paid for at the register however, the customer will be responsible for all extra costs for delivery, customs and import duties and other tax fees.
The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with returns to Aoife Soden Glass. Aoife Soden Glass is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping. Please pack the return items well and include insurance.
Every effort is made to pack your products so they will arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrive damaged please take a picture of the box and items (sometimes the shipping carrier requests them) and contact Aoife Soden Glass within 48 hours of receiving your items. Claims against the shipping company can not be processed unless photographs and details are provided. Claims agianst the shipping company will need to be processed.
Returpolitik
All items must be sent back to Aoife Soden Glass within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you and in the same condition you received it. All returns must include proof of purchase in the form of a receipt of shipping slip.
Customers are responsible for repackaging the items in the same manner they were received.
